Avocado Potassium Power-Up Smoothie

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup nonfat frozen yogurt or your choice

Preparation

  1. Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in a blender
  2. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth
  3. Add frozen yogurt, process again until thick and smooth
  4. Pour into 3 tall glasses and serve immediately
